For character customization

Hats
Eyewear
Mustaches
Beards
Shirts and Jackets
Pants
Shoes
Gloves
Accessories (ammo belts etc)
Shoulder pads would be cool too

Then the community can make their own skins for each category

they should range from like old school western, modern to semi futuristic so we can have vast character customization

Love the idea for slings, esp. for mid-to-larger SMGs and smaller assault rifles. Win.

if the rifles have sighting or semi-sighting, shouldnt the pistols get an alternate pose? no effect on gameplay, but like how TS had alternate grips for the guns, just for style. "Wasted effort" you say? Totes. But I'm willing to waste it myself.

I think I made three, maybe four posts back on the old forums, but I've been following this new development.

Adding slings for rifles and larger SMGs would have a cosmetic effect and the added value of explaining why they can't be disarmed, as discussed.

Case in point:

Terminator: Salvation shotgun disarm scene.

It could be a default feature for rifles, or have a place among the rifle accessories, making users immune to disarms for rifles but also disables adding zooming scopes (still included?) since you would typically not wear the sling while sniping anyway.

if we're planning on scaling back the stunting based on your current loadout... then in the loadout setup screen i'd like to see a synopsis of your current "abilities" adjust as you configure your equipment. Just update the list, cutting off the higher level powers when too much stuff is selected. Each ability could even have a brief description of the button command that activates it in-game, to help out new players.
