Good to see you're still plugging away at stuff man, looking good. I think the face is a bit pale there, you might get a better result if you use photos instead of painting - or at least, that would be more appropriate for the current art style. Again, the jacket is a solution to the armature mismatch, but I don't think it's ideal. The whole mesh really needs to be remade, I think you'd be better off doing a character from scratch that follows the skeleton. Or you could re-rig and re-animate the whole shebang. It's doable but would take a long time.
The train looks great, you should texture it and compile it, we'll put it in trainingday, which is being updated in the next version anyway.
