Crosshair Scale

Is there a way to change crosshair size? For some reason DA runs at like 40 FPS unless I run it on lowest resolution, which is odd because I can play Garry's Mod maxed out and it's also a Source game. This is fine except my crosshair is GIGANTIC and it's also a blurry mess when ironsighted with the Vindicator.

Try running da_ssao 0 and da_prettypixels 0 in the console before you lower your resolution.

That did the trick, thanks! I still find the crosshair way too big for my tastes though.. Usually if possible I set it to pin sized for shooters.

A setting for this would be very much welcomed.

You can edit the texture: C:\Users\Stormy\Blendings\DABsync\dab\materials\hud\crosshairs.vtf to personalise it if you like. Try some things out.

Finally got around to sizing these down, these are a smaller sized crosshair for the FAL and possibly a few others. Will do the rest when I get around to it. (These go in the folder Stormy mentioned)

I have DA installed through steam onto a second hardrive (not my primary OS C: drive).

Do I need to create the folder Stormy mentioned on my C: drive or edit a .VTF somewhere in my steamapps folder?

I use the same triangle crosshair for most source mods, hoping to get it working for DA!

Its in .../steamapps/Double Action/dab/materials/hud/ and in there are 3 different files for each of the crosshairs. (cant remember which is which, haven't worked with this in a while)
